Hurricane Prep

If a hurricane watch has been issued for the area immediate communication starts with each home owner.  With your instructions we will begin preparing for the potential threat of a storm. 

Our pre-storm services include:

• Removing all furniture and items from the lanai

• Setting up a qualified contractor to install (and remove) hurricane shutters

• Any additional request for the interior appliances, tv’s, etc. 

Post-Storm:

• Replace all lanai items

• Post check for damages, water leaks, screen tears, down trees, roof damage, etc.

• Shutter removal
